Metro Sign and Awning can develop an estimate based on general specifications. We offer ADD-ALT for items, where an improved approach may need to be considered by GC and presented to owner. We can create a comprehensive breakdown or cost analysis of project deliverables to provide our GC partners with visibility into product / labor break-downs needed to easily add or remove items as the project transitions into mobilization and changes scope.
We attend and participate in site safety and flex/stretch meetings and oversee union organization / mobilization / field installation. We can create visualization to the list of deliverables related to critical paths and milestones. With us, General Contractors are more aware of trade barriers and can alter their schedules accordingly for long term build outs.
We can break out phases of project deliverables as the project progresses to ensure approvals are in place for our partners to maintain control over large project scopes with ease. MSA coordinates with other trades to ensure electrical requirements are met and signage is properly coordinated with related trades i.e. j-bolt patterns, Dig-Safe, paving, paint templates, plates and blocking prior to closing walls, etc. We update submittals, schedule of values, progress billings, and close out packages on GC Project Management Dashboard.
